Crescenzo restaurant offers simple and ready-made meals, in other words, it's a garlic oil and parsley kitchen, based predominantly on fish dishes, prepared according to the old style recipes, obtained and analyzed by the chiefs. The kitchen stuff consists of young, but skilled workers with several years of studies and experience in hotel management. They have been working here for several years and have mastered their culinary techniques through cooking courses at a national level. Today, we can proudly say that we are the third generation of chefs: during the previous years of working with us, they have chosen to open their own catering activities in Procida and also in the rest of Italy. During the evening, Crescenzo is a renowned pizzeria as well. The large wood-burning ovens cook not only traditional margherita, neapolitan or four seasons pizzas, but also local specialties, such as the Coricella (half margharita and half stuffed) and various other pizzas that have changed over the years.
